About Consultant / Trainer
Mr. Dhruva Trivedy has been a veteran Management Consultant addressing ‘Change’, transforming organisations. He has also dabbled with ‘Change’ initiatives in the social fabric, such as ‘Education’, ‘Neighbourhood Cleanliness’ and ‘Road Safety’, some of them successfully while some others in a slow paced manner, realising the constraints.
Growing out of a chaste HR & IR portfolio, Mr. Trivedy had walked into General Management experience as a Deputy General Manager heading Supply Chain and HR, for a Japanese firm called Sanden International Corporation, about twenty nine years ago. He is currently heading a Consultancy firm PERCON The Strategic Interventionists, which deals with ‘Change’, as its Chief Interventionist & Promoter. He has also been the Centre Head of Integrated Management College, in NCR, which is a post-graduate institution for management students and the Country Head (leading South Asia operations) of Hubert Ebner (I) Pvt. Ltd, an Indo-Austrian venture that is promoting Road Safety. He stands with an experience of 40+ years of interface with the corporate, now. He has facilitated many training and consulting programmes in India and abroad.
Mr. Trivedy is an alumnus of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, having post graduated in HR, after an honours graduate degree in Sociology holding a university rank from Hindu College/Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi. He has had his early education in St. Columba’s High School, New Delhi. Pursuing the route of up-gradation, Mr. Trivedy attained a Certificate in ‘Team Scorecard & Team Centred Leadership’ from Pinnacle Management Group, USA and is an authorised trainer on the subject. He has also been adjudged as one of the 100 ‘thought leaders’ of the world by the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, U.K. on the latter’s centenary celebrations in 2013.
Values & Vision
Having born just after independence, Mr. Trivedy imbibed many nationalistic values, which, over the years culminated into concern for humanity and people issues across the globe. These values gradually reinforced themselves, with the exposure to higher education, cosmopolitanism and opening of the Indian economy.
Search innumerable occasions to alleviate the cause of human issues in the corporate world and its hinterland and contribute substantially to its alignment with the purpose of business.
Mr Trivedy has also been an avid writer and a blogger and many of his works have been published or are under publication. He is passionate about classical music and travelling.
